“A mirar y aprender, Roc.” Con esa invitación comienza Clases de sapito, un relato que convierte una tarde a la orilla del agua en un ritual de aprendizaje, juego y memoria.
La protagonista le enseña a Roc —su perro, compañero atento y curioso— el arte secreto de elegir la piedra justa. No cualquier piedra: una mediana, gris, redondeada, planita, como si un gigante se hubiera sentado sobre ella. La lección es minuciosa y amorosa. Hay que balancearse, sentir el peso en los pies, mirar el cielo. Lanzar hacia adelante, hacia el horizonte. Y después, mirar.

The protagonist teaches Roc—her dog, an attentive and curious companion—the secret art of choosing the right stone. Not just any stone: a medium-sized, gray, rounded, flat one, as if a giant had sat on it. The lesson is meticulous and loving. You have to balance, feel the weight on your feet, look at the sky. Throw it forward, toward the horizon. And then, look.
